The Mafia's Hidden Rose - Chapter 1
It was nighttime, around 2:00 AM.
A lot of cars stopped in front of a large 7-star hotel, and bodyguards dressed in black emerged from them, holding rifles capable of firing 40 rounds at once.
On the other hand, some bodyguards were also coming out of the seven-star hotel. They too had large guns in their hands, and all of them were wearing sunglasses and black suit pants.
Just then, a 6-foot-2-inch tall man, 28 years old, was coming out of the hotel. He was wearing a black long coat, and inside that black coat, he wore a three-piece suit.
He wore a black shining tie and a grey shirt.
He had glasses on his eyes, and a tattoo visible on his wrist, peeking out from the sleeve of his long coat. His tattoo extended from his wrist up his arm.
On his hand, he wore a diamond ring with a devil and an eagle design. He looked dashing, smart, and extremely handsome, but who knew that behind this handsome face was a devil with a lively heart.
The man had a boy draped over his shoulder, who couldn't be older than 21 years. With his quick steps, the man moved forward, carrying the boy on his shoulder.
He was heading towards where the cars were parked, and the boy was struggling to get free from his grip, but he was no match for the man's strong hold.
A red carpet was laid out on the stairs. As the man descended the stairs with the boy on his shoulder, he heard a voice from behind,
"Stop, Alex. What you are doing is not right. I tell you, stop right now."
Hearing the man's words, Alex paused for a moment, and a crooked smile played on his lips.
The bodyguards who had emerged from the cars in front of the hotel stood with their guns aimed at Alex and his bodyguards.
And at the hotel entrance, Alex stood with his bodyguard, carrying a boy on his shoulder.
Then the person who called out spoke again,
"I know we made a mistake, but you can't just pick up my son and take him away like this. You might have forgotten, but we had already mentioned during the deal and in the business terms that we would not involve each other's family members in our business."
Hearing the man's words, the smile on Alex's face deepened, and he said,
"I haven't forgotten. You have forgotten, Mr. Bright. Our business contracts stated that we would not harm each other's families, and I am not taking your son to harm him, but rather to take him as a rebate. Consider it as you are keeping him as collateral with me."
As Alex was talking to Bright, another man, who was approximately Alex's age, arrived from behind with a large revolver and some bodyguards. He was also wearing a long coat like Alex and a three-piece suit underneath. His almond-colored suit beneath the black long coat enhanced his complexion.
As soon as he arrived, the man pointed his large rifle at Alex and said,
"Watch it, Alex. Stay within your limits and release Roy. You are crossing your boundaries. I won't let you take Roy from here. Your enmity is with us. Whatever loss you suffered was from us. Don't bring my younger brother into this. I am warning you, let Roy go."
"And what if I don't?" Alex asked, raising his eyebrows.
Hearing Alex's words, the other young man became so angry that he pointed his rifle at Alex and said,
"Don't force me, Alex. I said let Roy go, so let him go."
As soon as the other boy pointed the rifle at Alex, Alex's bodyguards on the other side also pointed their guns at him.
And so, watching this, the bodyguards from both sides stood with their revolvers aimed at each other.
Seeing the atmosphere becoming so tense, Bright, meaning Roy's dad, stepped forward and stopped them both, saying,
"What are you two doing? I admit Alex, we made a mistake, and I am ready to compensate for that mistake, but that doesn't mean you take our son Roy from here, especially like this, by picking him up."
"Alright, I won't take your son Roy from here. But in return for the loss you caused me, I want every port you own that is currently the backbone of your business. I also want your private island that you bought in Italy. And along with that, I want every one of your ships, because compared to the loss you caused me, this is nothing," Alex said.
"Dad, save me, please Dad. I don't want to go anywhere. Save me from this man, Dad," Roy began to say, still clutched on Alex's shoulder.
And he started calling for help. Seeing Roy crying like this, both his elder brother Sikander and his dad Bright felt very bad. Sikander loved his younger brother dearly. After their mother passed away, he had raised his brother.
Hearing his brother's crying, Sikander said again,
"Let Roy go, Alex, or the consequences will not be good."
"Are you threatening me?" Alex asked again, raising one of his eyebrows.
"Shut up, Sikander. Why are you fighting with Alex at this time? You know that Alex has our son. We cannot talk to him like this, so please keep your mouth shut," Bright said.
"What exactly do you want, Alex? Why are you bringing this child into our fight? What harm has he done to you that you are causing him so much trouble?" Sikander asked.
"Don't worry, this fight will always remain between us. I won't harm your brother in this, but you have to compensate for the loss I incurred. I will take care of Roy exactly as you do as an elder brother. If he makes a mistake, I will even raise my hand as an elder brother," Alex said with a crooked smile.
Hearing Alex's words, Sikander's fists tightened on his rifle. He wanted to kill Alex at that moment.
And Alex could clearly see his anger, which made a smile appear on his face, and he descended the stairs with Roy still on his shoulder.
The bodyguards still had their guns aimed at each other. Then, with a glance from Alex, Alex's right-hand man and personal bodyguard came and opened a car door. Alex threw Roy inside and sat down next to him, and as soon as Alex sat down, the driver sped the car onto the empty roads of the German night.
