Why is a premium chapter locked?

Premium access depends on the story, your diamonds, or an active reader plan.

Where are my saved novels?

Open Library from the Reader menu. Reading progress and saved novels are kept together.

How do I publish a story?

Open Create Story, complete the required details, save your draft, then publish when ready.

How do I report a payment problem?

Use Bug Reports, choose Payments, and include the payment reference without sharing card details.
